Effective 1/1/2012 users of our ***.wsremote.com server must be registered with our site, if you are not currently under an annual contract with our secured DDNS service, your connection to your DVR will not be available, please contact you sales representative for a service contract. Web Surveillance is using a paid DDNS service and so far we never charged our customers for that service, unfortunately we can no longer keep paying for a service and not pass the charges to our customers, you may choose a free DDNS service of your choosing to do please e-mail you registered DDNS url to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and allow 48Hrs. for the conversion to take effect.
